Tre Neal, a Jacksonville, Florida native is the Founder and CEO of Loc N Grow Enterprises. In late 2009, she began her career as Entertainment professional the owner of Loc N Grow Enterprises (Jacksonville,FL.). Ms. Neal learned the ends and outs of managing models, building portfolios, and building a brand for the talent. The industry opened up the floodgates of her creativity. She would continue to grow her network and exploring what the business had to offer.
